Terms of Service

The short version: Witprinted makes a unique, AI-generated mug just for you. Because every item is custom-made, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse — but we'll reprint or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective, or wrong. Don't use the service to mock real public figures, harass anyone, or print things you don't have rights to. We can refuse any order at our discretion.

1. Acceptance

By placing an order or using the generator, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Exchange Policy, and our AI Disclosure. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Who we are

Witprinted is operated by Sawary Trading LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Contact: hello@witprinted.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater — to place an order. By placing an order, you affirmatively represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you or you are authorised to use it. If we have a reasonable basis to believe an order has been placed by a minor, we may cancel the order and refund the payment. We do not market to or knowingly sell to children under 13.

4. The product is custom-made for you

Each Witprinted item is generated and produced specifically in response to your order. The dictionary entry is created by AI when you submit your name and selected vibe; the printed product is then manufactured for that one order by our print partner. Because every item is unique and made-to-order, the consumer-protection rules around "ready-made" goods (in many jurisdictions including the EU and UK) explicitly do not apply to personalised goods. Our Exchange Policy sets out what we will and will not do for refunds and reprints.

5. Pricing, taxes, and shipping

• All prices are listed in US Dollars at checkout.
• Shipping is built into the retail price. We do not add shipping fees at checkout.
• You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or import duty. Where a tax is collected at checkout, it will be displayed clearly before you confirm.
• We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Phase 2 may add additional regions.

6. Order confirmation, production, and shipping timeline

• You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment.
• Your design is sent to our print partner shortly after payment confirmation. Production typically begins within hours and most orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. See our Exchange Policy for the cancellation window.
• We'll email you a tracking link once the carrier has registered the package.
• Carrier-provided delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We don't control the postal service.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 Your rights

You own the physical product you purchase from us. You may use, display, gift, or destroy it as you see fit.

7.2 Our rights

The Witprinted brand, name, logo, generator pipeline, prompt designs, layout templates, software, and aggregated outputs are owned by Sawary Trading LLC. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the generator or its outputs as part of a competing service.

7.3 Anonymised marketing use

If you check the optional "you can show my entry on social media" box, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to use your anonymised, name-redacted dictionary entry in marketing. We will not include identifying personal details. Revoke at any time by emailing us. Without an explicit checkbox, we do not use your output in marketing.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Witprinted to:

• Order entries for the names of real public figures (politicians, celebrities, athletes, fictional trademarked characters). We maintain a name blocklist and reserve the right to refuse and refund any order we believe targets a real public figure.
• Order entries containing slurs, hate speech, harassment, or threats. Our safety pipeline screens for these; orders flagged at any layer are refused and refunded.
• Impersonate someone or use a name you do not have permission to use, with the intent to harm or defame them.
• Use the service for activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours.
• Submit input designed to manipulate, evade, or defeat our AI safety systems.

We may refuse any order, at our sole discretion, that we believe violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate. If we refuse an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

9. AI-generated content

Every Witprinted dictionary entry is generated by an AI model from a locked prompt. Outputs are unpredictable in detail and occasionally in tone. We provide two free regenerations before checkout so you can pick a version you like. Once you pay and the design is sent to production, the entry is final. We are not responsible for an entry's content if it falls within the bounds set by our locked prompt and safety pipeline. See AI Disclosure.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Witprinted service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the AI generator will produce content satisfying your taste, only that the service will produce content within the constraints of our locked prompt and safety pipeline. Reasonable, non-excludable consumer-protection guarantees in your jurisdiction are not affected by this clause.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Witprinted's total liability arising out of or related to the service or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the minimum allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sawary Trading LLC harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of someone else's rights — including using a name you don't have permission to use.

13. Termination

We may suspend or refuse service at any time for any of the reasons in §8 or for non-payment. Provisions that by nature should survive termination — including IP, indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution — survive.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall first be addressed by the parties in good faith via email. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, in Cheyenne, Wyoming or by video conference at the arbitrator's discretion. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

Small-claims carve-out: either party may bring a qualifying individual claim in a small-claims court instead of arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for IP infringement or unauthorised access.

EU / UK consumer note: if you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply notwithstanding the choice of Wyoming law, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version is git-tracked and dated; the version in effect at the time you place an order is the version that governs that order. Material changes will be communicated by email to recent customers and posted here with a new effective date.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with the policies linked at the top, are the entire agreement between you and Witprinted regarding the service.
